# SeekAlgo > SeekAlgo is an AI-assisted cryptocurrency strategy platform for creating strategies, backtesting, and running algorithmic trading bots in paper or live mode on Binance. Users can describe a strategy in plain language inside the app, review and refine its rules, backtest it, and create a trading bot. Strategy creation and backtesting are completely free. Binance is the supported exchange. Support for other cryptocurrency exchanges, including Bybit and Bitfinex, is coming soon. Paper trades are simulated; live trading uses real funds. Backtests and paper results do not guarantee future performance. MCP is an optional integration for compatible external AI assistants, not a requirement for using the in-app workflow. The authenticated workspace and API are separate from the public information linked below. ## Product - [Home](https://www.seekalgo.com/): Product overview, free strategy tools, supported exchanges, and common questions. - [Documentation](https://www.seekalgo.com/docs): Public guides and technical references. - [Getting started](https://www.seekalgo.com/docs/getting-started): Introduction to the strategy workspace. - [Strategy authoring](https://www.seekalgo.com/docs/strategy-authoring): Strategy rules and scripting syntax. - [Platform settings](https://www.seekalgo.com/docs/platform-settings): Backtest dates, sizing, commission, and slippage. - [Paper trading](https://www.seekalgo.com/docs/paper-trading): Simulated bot operation and constraints; paper mode does not place real orders. ## Blog - [Blog](https://www.seekalgo.com/blog): Cryptocurrency strategy guides and educational examples. - [How to backtest a crypto strategy](https://www.seekalgo.com/blog/how-to-backtest-a-crypto-strategy): Turn a trading idea into explicit rules, test it on historical data, and examine costs and risk before paper trading. - [Fees and slippage in crypto backtesting](https://www.seekalgo.com/blog/fees-and-slippage-in-backtesting): A worked cost calculation and a practical checklist for testing how execution assumptions affect a strategy. - [A moving-average crossover strategy, step by step](https://www.seekalgo.com/blog/moving-average-crossover-example): Understand an upward and downward crossover with a reproducible toy dataset, then specify a historical crypto backtest. ## Optional - [MCP integration](https://www.seekalgo.com/docs/mcp): Connect a compatible external AI assistant using authentication. - [Scripting reference](https://www.seekalgo.com/docs/sdk/scripting-reference): SeekAlgo script syntax. - [Strategy API](https://www.seekalgo.com/docs/sdk/strategy-api): Entry and exit calls for strategy scripts. - [Sitemap](https://www.seekalgo.com/sitemap.xml): Canonical public page URLs.
